Q. Are we currently taking on new clients?
A. We are normally fully booked for around two months at a time, and don’t accept bookings beyond this timeframe to reserve space for our existing clients' return appointments. However, as cancellations occur, they’ll automatically appear on Fresha for the following four weeks, where anyone is welcome to book. Additionally, Fresha offers a customisable waiting list feature that will send an email alert when suitable availability opens up.
Q. New clients looking for colour appointments:
A. Before booking any colour service, a full consultation and skin test are required. As we’re currently booked far in advance and colour services require much longer appointment times, we recommend first scheduling a cut and style appointment. This will give us the opportunity to assess your hair and provide personalised colour advice.
Please note, we will never perform a colour service without a prior skin test.
Q. Existing clients looking to book in:
As an existing client without an upcoming appointment, you can still book beyond the online booking timeframe by sending us an email. Any available slots for the next four weeks will be appear Fresha - this acts as a cancellation/waiting list also.
For other dates, please email us, and we’ll offer you the next available appointment with your stylist (please note, this is likely to be 6–8 weeks from now).
Clients visiting Sally, Jem or Laura can contact them directly to arrange/make changes to future appointments.
Q. Do we only cut curly hair?
No, we specialize in working with all natural textures—curly, straight, wavy, and everything in between! Our focus is on creating low-maintenance styles that enhance your hair’s natural texture, with minimum effort. This means we prioritise maintaining hair health & do not chemically alter your hair’s natural texture, so we do not offer perms or chemical straightening services.
