Q. Are we currently taking on new clients?
A. We're currently fully booked for approx 2 months in advance, we don't accept bookings for new clients further ahead than this as we need to keep spaces available for our current clients return appointments. However, as cancellations become available they'll automatically appear on Booksy - which new clients are welcome to book!

Q. New clients looking for colour appointments:
A. We will have to carry out a full consultation and skin test before booking any colour service. As we're booked up for a couple of months at a time we recommend booking in for a cut & style appointment first, where we can get to know your hair & advise on the best colour options for you. We will never carry out a colour service without skin testing.

Q. Existing clients looking to book in:
If you're an existing client without an upcoming appointment you're still able to book by dropping us an email. If you are hoping to visit within one month, any availability is on booksy automatically as cancellations come up. We've completely outsourced cancellations to this method, as we do not have the capacity to run a waiting list. Otherwise please email & we can offer you the next available slot with your stylist (please bear in mind this is likely to be 6-8 weeks away. 

Q. Do we only cut curly hair?
No, we specialise in natural texture work, whether that's curly/straight/wavy! We focus on low maintenance cuts that enhance your natural texture, whatever that may be. This also means we do not chemically alter hair's natural texture, so we do not offer perms or chemical straightening!
